Congress approves posthumous promotion and diplomat Vinicius de Moraes.
Rio de Janeiro, Feb. 9 .- The Brazilian Chamber of Deputies today approved a posthumous promotion of the composer, writer, poet and diplomat Vinicius de Moraes, who was elevated to the rank of minister, first-class equivalent to that of ambassador.
The bill, submitted by the Executive, was approved by the House and Senate passed now, the news service reported the Chamber, aion cheap kinah, of Deputies.
